A better way to measure your progress is to not only step on the scale, but also to take body measurements.

Measure yourself at: waist, chest, thighs, biceps, neck, and wrists.

These measurements will tell you the whole story. If you are eating well and working out, then you shouldn’t have any problems reaching your goals. Do not get discouraged by the scale. Take your measurement twice a month or so to keep track.

A lot of people are too embarrassed to take their before picture, but trust me, when you see your after photos, you will be amazed at how far you’re come.
