The biggest thing that Reebok did going from Crossfit Nano 4.0 to Crossfit Nano 5.0 is the got rid of the heavy cage that Reebok Crossfit Nano 4.0 shoes had. Some people liked it, some people didn’t. Now, Nano 5.0 shoes have the Kevlar mesh. This makes the show feel lighter while still providing a lot of durability.
Nano 5.0 fit way better on the foot than the 4.0 shoes did. Now they literally fit like a gloves. A lot of people complained that Reebok Crossfit Nano 4.0 shoes were not sized properly; people had to buy half a size up and wear an extra sock with them for a better fit.
Lastly, Reebok Nano 5.0 shoes are amazing for running! Previous version was likely a bit too heavy for sprints. Now this version can be used for all Crossfit routines to include sprinting and even long runs.
Color Way Of Reebok Crossfit Nano 4.0 Shoes
Color Way for Reebok’s Crossfit Nano 5.0 are more simplistic than the color way of Crossfit Nano 4.0. Yet, they look very cool and hardcore. They come in a lot of bright colors, and they no longer have flags available like Crossfit Nano 4.0 did.
Ultimately, these babies do the job and look great!
